We are the developers of MailDex software, and the operators of this website. We develop and support several software products, so we built this website to have a place where we could focus on all the things that MailDex can do for you.
We were founded in 2005 to help customers protect and preserve their email communications, and are based in Fargo, ND, USA.
We have developed add-ins for Microsoft Outlook, including a popular OpenPGP email encryption add-in. We also provide tools for discovering and converting emails to different formats.
If our products are not a good fit for you, we don’t want you as a customer. That’s why we let you try any of our products free for 15 days, followed by a 30 day money back guarantee. If our products are “almost” a good fit for you, tell us how we can make it better. You may also be able to hire us to customize our software for a specific need you have.
We service what we sell. Support is provided by telephone, online chat, online ticketing and email. We presently offer support in English and Spanish.
